Had an interesting email from someone interested in Siesta Key condos a few days ago. They wondered why a listing in the Sarasota MLS had a waterfront picture but the MLS sheet did not state that the property was on the water. In this particular instance the Sarasota real estate agent who listed the property was correct. The particular unit listed was NOT waterfront although the Siesta Key condo complex was definitely waterfront property with a private beach which was pictured.
