Siesta Key Condos

Had an interesting email from someone interested in Siesta Key condos a few days ago. They wondered why a listing in the Sarasota MLS had a waterfront picture but the MLS sheet did not state that the property was on the water. In this partiular instance the Sarasota real estate agent who listed the property was correct. The particular unit listed was NOT waterfront although the Siesta Key condo complex was definitely waterfront property with a private beach which was pictured. If you have any questions when searching for a Siesta Key condo or any Sarasota property, please email us. We are happy to answer your questions.

Keep in mind that if you have a long list of questions, it may take us some time to research your answers. Historic Frances Carlton Downtown Sarasota

Several days ago, I had an email request from a blog reader who requested that I add the historic Frances Carlton condosminiums to my website. I've never had a customer for that particular historic building but I'm happy to add the request of a reader. If you're not familiar with the style of Sarasota Florida, visit our Sarasota video tour.

At the present time, the Sarasota MLS lists 2 condos for sale in the Frances Carlton. The Frances Carlton was built in 1928. One of the condos for sale is a one bedroom, one bath and is offered at $279,800 and the other is a two bedroom, two bath condo and the list price is $329,000.

I'll get by the Frances Carlton in the next week or so and snap a picture of the building. The structure is beautiful with wonderful architectural details. With the adjustment in the real estate market in Sarasota, prcies like these won't last long in the downtown Sarasota real estate area. Virginia Historic Home Has Saraosta Real Estate Connection

My friend and graphic designer, Debbie Zaroba of NuImage Group in Sarasota took on quite a project this summer while taking a break from marketing Sarasota FL real estate. Debbie and her son Nick renovated a wonderful Virginia historic home in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

This Circa 1912 Colonial home is a jewel with sweeping mountains views. Debbie says that sitting on the porch and watching a thunderstorm approach is special as well as walking the spacious grounds. A B&B would be perfect for this historic Virginia home.

Nick even built a fabulous tree house that people come to see from neighboring counties. The hammock on the backside of the house is a great place to relax with a book and has a view of the mountains that looks like a landscape painting.
