Several days ago, I had an email request from a blog reader who requested that I add the historic Frances Carlton condominiums to my website. At the present time, the Sarasota MLS lists 2 condos for sale in the Frances Carlton. The Frances Carlton was built in 1928. One of the condos for sale is a one bedroom, one bath and is offered at $279,800 and the other is a two bedroom, two bath condo and the list price is $329,000.
I'll get by the Frances Carlton in the next week or so and snap a picture of the building. The structure is beautiful with wonderful architectural details. With the adjustment in the real estate market in Sarasota, prices like these won't last long in the downtown Sarasota real estate area.
